 Ainos Ngadya is an entrepreneur with broad experience in all aspects of International treasury, M&A, corporate finance and Private equity. He has direct and in depth experience within commercial real estate, not-for-profit, banking, and telecommunication organizations. His deep knowledge of global treasury management comes from working with US and other multinationals as a banking practitioner designing financing solutions, business acquisitions and restructuring. Recent engagements include M&A transactions (USD10MM-USD1BLN range), Marine Project Valuation (USD30BLN Aggregate Revenue), Gas Projects (USD5-10MM investment outlays) and Strategy Sessions for a leading NYSE/TSX listed diversified environmental services group. Previously he worked as an Associate Director Global Treasury for Brookfield Asset Management serving five Real Estate Entities in Europe, APAC and North America. He also worked as a Portfolio Analyst (Toronto Dominion Bank), Manager Business Planning (Bell Canada) and Treasury Dealer (Infrastructure Bank Zimbabwe). He is a contributor on numerous Private Equity and Investment conferences. He serves on the Board of Isustain Canada.

Clever Chinoda, CA

Partner & Executive Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, SADC


Mr Chinoda is a Chartered Accountant with proven experience in Mining, Banking, Insurance, Project financing and Agricultural sectors. He previously worked for KPMG as a Senior Associate in Financial Services and later took a role as Chief Audit Executive of Cell Holdings (Private) limited which holds a boutique of Assurance and Insurance companies in Zimbabwe, Botswana and Swaziland where he is responsible for audit and compliance functions. He is a registered Money Laundering Reporting Officer and spearheads the Anti-Money Laundering drive.

He became first African Young Leader to receive the President’s Student Service Award from the White House in 2007 in recognition of his sterling contribution to the eradication of poverty in Africa. He has won several awards including Service Leadership awards 2006 and 2007, invited delegate at the Coca-Cola Africa foundation community affairs forum in Nairobi Kenya. He is the Chairman of Conspeed Investments (Private) Limited an investment company based in Harare.

Nabanji Nebwe

Nabanji is a dynamic  Business Leader with extensive experience in Corporate development, Business Management and Finance in the United Kingdom and Zambia. She worked as a Finance Executive for ArthroCare , British Based American Firm and executed numerous transactions in Zambia.

She holds Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting and Finance from DeMontFort University , United Kingdom.

Robson Muwani, PhD(c),MBA

Robson Muwani has over 10 years of experience in Financial Controllership, Business Banking, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Operational Risk Management (ORM), and Risk & Compliance (GRC). Robson served as an Operations Executive for BancABC (a leading Pan African Banking group in Retail and Business Banking Space covering Credit and Risk Division. He was involved in deep dive analysis of critical business requirements, operational efficiency optimizations, opportunities identification, and developed technology-driven solutions that enhanced the bank’s competitiveness on the market.

Robson is currently pursuing PhD in Strategic Leadership (University of Cape Town, South Africa) and holds MBA from University of Zimbabwe, Graduate School of Business (GSB).

Chansa Kalunga

Chansa is Zambian born entrepreneur with global business mindset. Raised in the United States, having lived in Scandinavia and Canada, his perspective on global business strategies is both a unique and well informed one. A dynamic leader from early age with natural ability to learn practically, inspire change and operational excellence. He co-founded Coeur de Lion Creative Services which stirred the launch of KFC (under Yum Brands) in Zambia and also an agency on retainer for  key corporates names like Lafarge Cement Zambia & Madison Insurance Zambia. Chansa has had the distinct honor of being recognized by the American Embassy in Zambia as a Business Youth Leader and in that capacity, enjoying an audience with the likes of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton among other dignitaries.
