Forbes described her as “One of Africa’s most successful and revered portfolio entrepreneurs…”. Njeri is the Co-founder & former CEO for Wananchi Online, a leading Internet service provider which has gone on to become East Africa’s leading cable, broadband and IP (Internet-based) phone company.

She has over 2 decades of leadership experience working with both start-ups and large corporates. She is the President & CEO of NRBC Inc, a business advisory and financial services firm run by entrepreneurs and expert matter partners focused on African investment opportunities ( YouTube video

Njeri is also a seasoned corporate director and has held board positions with Unilever Tea (Brook Bond Kenya), Institute of Directors (IOD) Kenya, Internet Corporation of Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), East African Tea Trade Association (EATTA), Ambulance Air Rescue (AAR) Holdings and Wananchi Online Ltd now known as Wananchi Group. She’s a current director of Wananchi Nominee Limited, Ignite Consulting and Investments Limited and its subsidary Ignite Consulting Limited.

A Master of Finance Graduate from Queens University Business School (Canada), Chartered Investment Manager designation (Ontario) and Bcom(Africa). Ranked Global Top 20 under 30 on Young Entrepreneurial Impact Projects by Nokia/IYF/YAN (Washington Award, 2007).

Ainos Ngadya is an entrepreneur with broad experience in all aspects of International treasury, M&A, corporate finance and Private equity. He has direct and in depth experience within commercial real estate, not-for-profit, banking, and telecommunication organizations. His deep knowledge of global treasury management comes from working with US and other multinationals as a banking practitioner designing financing solutions, business acquisitions and restructuring. Recent engagements include M&A transactions (USD10MM-USD1BLN range), Marine Project Valuation (USD30BLN Aggregate Revenue), Gas Projects (USD5-10MM investment outlays) and Strategy Sessions for a leading NYSE/TSX listed diversified environmental services group. Previously he worked as an Associate Director Global Treasury for Brookfield Asset Management serving five Real Estate Entities in Europe, APAC and North America. He also worked as a Portfolio Analyst (Toronto Dominion Bank), Manager Business Planning (Bell Canada) and Treasury Dealer (Infrastructure Bank Zimbabwe). He is a contributor on numerous Private Equity and Investment conferences. He serves on the Board of Isustain Canada.
